Faculty Club Restaurant
The Faculty Club is open to the entire LSU community as well as the general public. We can provide weekday luncheons served in gracious surroundings, catered receptions, banquets and meetings sponsored by the university or individuals. Enjoy a convenient retreat where you can relax, meet old friends, or make new ones, talk business, hold informal discussions or exchange ideas over lunch or coffee.
The campus-wide reputation of the Faculty Club revolves around it's delicious and reasonably priced food. Weekday luncheons are prepared in our own kitchen by Chef Jon Jackson, a graduate of the famed Culinary Institute of America and former chef of Brennans Restaurant in New Orleans. The menu, with fare ranging from continental to classic Louisiana cuisine, is served with style and elegance. Beautiful plate presentations make each dish a true work of art!
