The Magnolia Room is currently CLOSED FOR REMODELING as part of the ongoing LSU Student Union renovations. Scheduled reopening is August 2010. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to serving you in our new restaurant soon!
The Magnolia Room, located on the 3rd Floor of the LSU Student Union, is an ‘all-you-care-to-eat’ buffet style restaurant. Conveniently located, it allows everyone to enjoy restaurant-style dining with a beautiful view of the LSU oak trees!
The daily menu features our fresh salad bar, soup du jour and a selection of hot entrees, sides and desserts. In addition, beverage and bread are included for one low price of $8.50! You'll love the gumbo and fried catfish in addition to the variety of offerings prepared by Chef Ryan Diez. Check out our menus online and make plans to meet your friends and co-workers!
The Magnolia Room is open for lunch Monday through Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters only. Display Cooking will return after the Union renovations are complete.
Meal Plan students can even use their Paw Points at the Magnolia Room to add some variety to their dining on campus. Commuter Meal Plans are accepted as well.
Faculty and Staff may also want to consider a Magnolia Room Meal Plan for added savings. Contact the Tiger Card Office at 578.4300 for assistance and ask about the easy payroll deduction option.
