The Faculty Club is open to the entire University Community as well as the general public. The Club offers you:
Weekday Luncheons served in gracious surroundings, catered receptions, banquets and meetings sponsored by the University or individuals and hotel rooms for rent by visitors and guests of the University.
The Faculty Club is a convenient retreat where you can relax, meet old friends, or make new ones, talk business, hold informal discussions or exchange ideas over lunch or coffee.
Weekday Luncheons -- The campus-wide reputation of the Faculty Club revolves around it's delicious and reasonably priced food. Weekday lunch, served from 11:00am - 1:30pm, are prepared in our own kitchen by Chef Jon Jackson, a graduate of the famed Culinary Institute of America and former chef of Brennans Restaurant in New Orleans. The menu, ranging from continental to classic Louisiana cuisine, is served with style and elegance with beautiful plate presentations, making each dish a true work of art.
With free parking behind the club, it is a convenient place to take visitors or associates and know they will be impressed with the food, service and atmosphere.
