The 459 Commons
THE 459 COMMONS is open to all students, faculty and staff. Located behind Acadian Hall, it features an all-you-care-to-eat menu with a variety of selections. This modern, restaurant-style facility is very popular with students. Comfortable seating, wireless access and plasma TV's are just a few of the extras to enjoy! Meal Plan students simply swipe their Tiger Card upon entering and they are able to stay as long as they like. Check out all The 459 Commons has to offer!

FALL 2010 Meal Plans will be activated on Monday, August 9, but the dining halls will not be open until the first day of classes on Monday, August 23. Retail locations will be available which accept Paw Points and TigerCASH. Meal Transfers also available at Outtakes, Take 5 and Einstein Bros Bagels. See locations for details. You may search hours of operation on the homepage.
The Tiger Max Meal Plan will be active for use Monday, August 23 at The 459 Commons and The 5. Prior to that date, you may use Paw Points or TigerCASH for your dining needs.
Please note that Meal Transfers and sharing of Meals does not apply to the TIGER MAX UNLIMITED MEAL PLAN during the week!
Four Meal Transfers are included with the Tiger Max every weekend which can be used at Outtakes, Take 5 and Einstein Bros Bagels anytime they are open.
Outtakes at The 459 Commons accepts Meal Transfers anytime they are open. Simply swap a Meal for a Meal Transfer combo. Click here to see what is available from Taco Bell and Papa John's as well as some grab 'n geaux options.
REGULAR MEAL TIMES FOR FALL / SPRING SEMESTER
- Breakfast 7:00am - 9:30am
- Continental Breakfast 9:30am - 10:30am Limited menu of waffles, cereal, fruit, bagels, muffins
- Lunch 10:30am - 2:00pm
- Late Lunch 2:00pm - 4:30 pm Limited menu of soup, salad, pizza and dessert
- Dinner 4:30pm - 8:00pm (Monday through Thursday)
On-the-go students can also grab something quick in the Outtakes store at The 459 Commons. In addition, a Taco Bell Express and Papa John's are conveniently located inside. They are open until 3:00am Monday through Thursday and 4:30pm on Friday. Meal plan students can use a Meal Transfer anytime Outtakes Taco Bell and Papa John's are open! Simply swap a Meal Plan Meal for any Taco Bell or Papa John's combo or select an Outtakes deli sandwich or salad combo.
In addition, Outtakes is a convenience store area located inside The 459 Commons which features a Taco Bell, Papa John's and and other grab and go items. Enjoy late-night dining until 3:00am Monday thru Thursday.

Sign up for your Fall Meal Plan through your PAWS account once you are registered for classes. Go to Registration Services, then Additional Services and enter the corresponding Meal Plan code.
