We are pleased to announce our newest location - The 5 - is open for the Spring semester! Formerly known as Pentagon Dining Hall, The 5 is a state-of-the-art dining facility on the northwest side of campus. You can't beat the value and convenience of dining on campus! Features include an omelet station, soup and salad bar, woodstone pizza oven, vegetarian options, bakery, display cooking, LSU Dairy Store ice cream and much more! Comfortable seating areas, Mac computers and wireless access complete the space.
The 5 is the newest place on campus and is open to the public with continuous service Monday thru Thursday, 7:00am - 7:00pm and until 4:30pm on Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
REGULAR MEAL TIMES FOR FALL / SPRING SEMESTER
- Breakfast 7:00am - 9:30am
- Continental Breakfast 9:30am - 10:30am
- Lunch 10:30am - 2:00pm
- Late Lunch 2:00pm - 4:30 pm Limited menu of soup, salad, pizza, lagniappe and dessert
- Dinner 4:30pm - 7:00pm (Monday through Thursday)
Door rates for for Fall 2009 / Spring 2010 are as follows:
Breakfast $5.75 Lunch $9.15 Dinner $9.95
Meal Plans, Paw Points, TigerCASH, cash and credit cards are accepted!
In addition, Take 5 is a convenience store area located inside The 5 which features a Quiznos, coffee bar and other grab and go items. Enjoy late-night dining until 3:00am Monday thru Thursday. Outdoor seating is also available!

Spring 2010 Meal Plans will be active for use beginning Monday, January 11 at The 459 Commons. The 5 will be open for the first day of class on Tuesday, January 19. Take 5 will be open early Spring 2010, but an exact date has not been determined.
You may swap a Meal Plan Meal for a Meal Transfer combo anytime at Outtakes and Take 5. Choose from any Taco Bell, Papa John's or Quiznos combo or any Outtakes deli sandwich or salad combo. Click here to see what is available from Taco Bell and Papa John's as well as some grab 'n geaux options.
